The space is designed to provide an inclusive, welcoming space for local photographers, videographers, and other creatives to host sessions and develop their passion! April is our studio manager! April works a full-time job but is the main point of contact for all things Gallery 48.

There is a lock-box on the door to the studio that will open to your personalized pin on the day of your session. You will receive an email at least one hour before your session with this information. Please be sure to save that email somewhere safe so you can access it when arriving to the studio!

Yes, pets are allowed in the studio. We do request they remain off the furniture to help ensure the studio stays clean. You will be responsible for any damage or potential cleaning fee at the expense of your clients' pets.

April is available to answer any questions via email leading up to the day of your session! If there is an emergency, you can contact April via text or phone call. Please be courteous as she works a full-time job and cannot be available to answer phone calls for non-emergent questions.

Small items such as the blanket ladder, stools, pillows and blankets can be moved. Larger furniture items such as the couches, bed, table, and chairs cannot be moved. Props are absolutely welcome! Please be courteous to other photographers and make sure everything is put back in its place and no items are left behind.

If you need to reschedule your session, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee that must be paid before booking a new date. There are no reschedules allowed during the Christmas Sets. Please contact us via email for all reschedules and cancellations.
